Dining area stylish दिखाने के लिए सबसे पहले table setup पर ध्यान देना चाहिए। Simple table runner और matching placemats dining table को instantly attractive बनाते हैं। अगर table पुराना है तो एक good quality tablecloth भी इस्तेमाल किया जा सकता है। Neutral या earthy colors अच्छे लगते हैं।
Dining chairs में cushions add करके भी look बदला जा सकता है। Soft color cushions chairs को comfortable और beautiful दोनों बनाते हैं। अगर chairs mismatched हैं, तो cushions उन्हें एक जैसा look दे देते हैं। यह low budget में बड़ा बदलाव लाता है।
Dining wall पर एक small wall clock, एक clean mirror या एक simple art print लगा सकते हैं। Mirror dining space को बड़ा दिखाता है और light भी reflect करता है। लेकिन frame simple रखें ताकि decorated look elegant लगे, messy नहीं।
Table centerpiece भी एक अच्छा decor idea है। Fresh flowers वाला एक छोटा vase, या 2–3 small candles रख सकते हैं। Centerpiece बहुत बड़ा नहीं होना चाहिए ताकि table पर खाने की plates आसानी से सेट हों। यह combination practical और stylish दोनों बनाता है।
Lighting भी dining area का mood बदलती है। एक simple hanging light या warm LED light table के ऊपर बहुत classy लगती है। Harsh white lights avoid करनी चाहिए। Warm lights food और पूरे dining experience को खूबसूरत बना देती हैं।
