Fiber connection सबसे stable और fast माना जाता है क्योंकि इसमें data light signals के जरिए travel करता है। normal broadband में copper wire होती है जिससे speed कम हो जाती है और signal आसानी से disturb हो जाता है। fiber में ये problem नहीं होती।
Fiber में latency भी बहुत कम रहती है। इससे video call, online class और streaming बहुत smooth चलता है। normal broadband में latency ज्यादा होने पर आवाज टूटती है और video रुक रुक कर चलता है। fiber इस difficulty को काफी हद तक खत्म करता है।
Fiber की speed peak hours में भी ज्यादा नहीं गिरती। ISP का load बढ़ने के बावजूद भी fiber लाइन strong रहती है। normal broadband heavy load में slow होने लगता है क्योंकि copper wire data भारी load संभाल नहीं पाती।
Fiber connection long term use के लिए भी अच्छा रहता है। इसकी maintenance कम होती है और damage भी कम होता है। अगर कभी issue आए भी तो fibre repair जल्दी हो जाता है क्योंकि इसका network modern तरीके से बनाया जाता है।
Online games, heavy downloads और HD streaming करने वालों के लिए fiber सबसे सही विकल्प है। इसकी upload speed भी बहुत strong होती है जो सामान्य broadband में आसानी से नहीं मिलती। इसलिए घर पर high performance internet चाहिए तो fiber काफी उपयुक्त है।
