अगर Fire TV पर apps install नहीं हो रही हैं तो सबसे पहले storage space check करें। Full storage होने पर new apps install नहीं होती।
Internet connection strong होना भी जरूरी है। Slow connection या intermittent network apps download में problem create कर सकता है।
Fire TV software update करना भी जरूरी है। पुराने software version में compatibility issues के कारण apps install नहीं होती।
App store cache clear करना helpful होता है। Fire TV में settings में जाकर app store cache clear करने के बाद try करें।
अगर फिर भी problem solve नहीं हो तो Fire TV restart करना चाहिए। Restart से temporary glitches fix हो जाते हैं और apps install smooth हो जाती हैं।
