आपके skin tone और undertone के अनुसार colors decide होते हैं। घर पर simply window के natural light में अपनी skin observe करें। अगर आपकी veins bluish दिखती हैं, तो आपका undertone cool है। अगर veins हरी दिखती हैं, तो आपका undertone warm है। अगर दोनों का mix है, तो neutral।
Cool undertone वालों पर navy blue, grey, lavender, white, black आदि अच्छे लगते हैं। Warm undertone वालों पर beige, olive, maroon, mustard, earthy tones अच्छे लगते हैं। Neutral undertone वाले लगभग हर color carry कर लेते हैं।
दूसरा तरीका face test है—gold और silver accessory पहनकर देखें। Gold अच्छा लगे तो warm undertone, silver अच्छा लगे तो cool undertone। और अगर दोनों अच्छे लगें तो neutral undertone।
