आज का मौसम अनुमान 75–85% तक सही होता है, जबकि cyclone alert accuracy 95% तक पहुँच चुकी है।
IMD के predictions से खेती, aviation, समुद्री यात्रा, और disaster management बहुत हद तक सुरक्षित रहता है।
